Where does the official patch go on the uniform?
The DYB Patch is required to be placed on the left sleeve of the players' and coaches' uniforms for tournament play.
How do you apply the patch to the uniform?
They must be heat sealed. For more information about how to heat seal patches onto the uniform, see this page.
How can I pay for my order other than by creating an account on this website?
Ordering on the website will save a lot of time, for both you and us here at the store, but we also accept the following payment methods:
- Check by mail (your order will not process until the check is received)
- Credit Card info over the phone
We cannot take your checking information over the phone, and for your security we do not store your past credit card information in our accounting system. The only way to keep your payment record on file is through our store's website.
Do you offer overnight or express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping by UPS, including Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and 2nd Day Air.
All orders with UPS expressing shipping must be placed by noon CST in order to guarantee to be shipped that day.
UPS does not include Saturday or Sunday or UPS holidays in their shipping days, and we ship Monday-Friday except for national holidays.
What if I pay for Next Day Air and my order doesn't go through til the afternoon?
While it is still possible it could ship that day, it is not guaranteed. If it ships the next day, you will receive your next day order in two days.
It is highly recommended that you only order UPS if you live in an area where the USPS has difficulty delivering, or if you don't have a mail receptacle at your address. Our packages ship from East Texas and most all shipments to Texas, Louisiana, and western Mississippi arrive the next day, whereas locations further out can take up to two or three days.
Do you offer returns?
If you need to return a product for any reason, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the product's price. If the product is damaged or in a condition other than what it was in when it was shipped to the customer, no refund will be issued. The refund will not be issued until the product is received by our store.
