You can still place an order over the phone and pay by check or purchase order (City & County Govt. only), but your order will not be processed until the check is received in the mail or purchase order (City & County Govt. only) has been faxed or emailed to us.
Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select orders MUST be placed by noon CST in order to guarantee to be shipped that day. We ship Monday-Friday except for holidays.
Orders are shipped via your choice - United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Pkg or Priority Mail - 1-3 day shipping depending on your location. You can check the time in transit for shipping from zip code 75670 on the UPS website. UPS charges a minimum one pound rate for any order under one pound.
UPS does not include Saturday or Sunday or UPS holidays in their shipping days.
For example: A package shipped 2nd day air on Friday will be scheduled for delivery on Tuesday, etc. Online orders placed after 12 PM on Friday through 12 PM on Monday will be shipped on Monday except on USPS/UPS holidays--then we will ship the next business day.
If you need to return a product for any reason, there will be a restocking fee of 10% of the product's price. If the product is damaged or in a condition other than what it was in when it was shipped to the customer, no refund will be issued. The refund will not be issued until the product is received by our store.
